KGPR is a listener supported radio station. Most of our operating costs are funded by the generous support of listeners and underwriters. Your financial support ensures that we can continue to bring you Great Public Radio programming.

While a large portion of our operating funds are raised during our Spring Fundraiser, KGPR needs your continuing support throughout the year. We encourage and appreciate your support. Support Us Through KUFM

All donations to Montana Public Radio from the 594XX zip code area are put into a KGPR account at the University of Montana. The funds in this account are first used to pay for expenses related to obtaining KUFM programming. The remaining funds in the account are available for use by GFPRA for operations of KGPR.

Become an Underwriter

Underwriting on KGPR is important to bringing public radio to Northcentral Montana. Through underwriting, your business or organization can contribute by providing continuing support for either specific programming or for general operating costs. Underwriters are acknowledged on air -- a great way to get the word out about your products and services (some restrictions do apply), and underwriting can be tax deductible.
Many businesses cannot afford the high cost of commercial radio and print advertising. However, by underwriting on KGPR, you can affordably reach your target customers with more immediacy and impact than any other form of media. Your business and your community benefit when:

• Your message is aired in a non-commercial, non-competitive manner and format that sets you apart from traditional advertising.
